Pricing & Rates

TSSS is a small business as described in the U.S. Small Business Administration Guidelines and Classifications, NAICS Code 541690 – Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 19 Small Business Programs.

As of March 1, 2008, TSSS offers its services on a commercial pricing basis, the prevailing method of pricing in the management consulting market. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) accept and recognize this method of pricing for consulting services in FAR Parts 12 and 15.  TSSS’ hourly rates are inclusive of all costs (other than direct expenses) and profits. TSSS’ pricing catalog is comparable to competitive rates in the management consulting business.
